“Terry took to any task that we
put in front of him - some which
involved a lot of research which
is a huge help to our business.”
“Terry shouldn't be shy in
asking for things to do. He
has great ideas.”
“At the beginning when
emailing, Terry was often
overly courteous and perhaps
apprehensive in chasing up
people who had not responded
to him. While this is obviously a
nice trait, in future he shouldn't
be so afraid to try nudge
people if necessary.”
“Terry shouldn't hesitate to ask for
more challenging or varied work.”
