A leader who thinks one way but talks another way will fail as their mind and words will neutralize each other, violating the Law of Solid Ground and sabotaging themselves. The document evaluates several leaders on commitment, character and their rating on a scale of 1 to 5, dismissing those with poor ratings as leaders. It discusses how a truly religious leader must bridle their tongue to avoid being double-minded or doubtful in their speech.

! f a man thinks himself to be religious, but
I doesnt bridle his tongue, he deceives himself.
His religion is worthless. Why? Because when
he thinks one way, but talks another way. he be-
comes double-minded.
The Greek word translated "doubt" is taken from
the same root as the word "double." A leader who
thinks one way. butwhose words stand in contast
to his mindset, will fuil. The power of his mind and
the power of his words neutralize each other. Such
a leader fails to practice the Law of Solid Ground
and will eventually sabotage himself.
