• Monitored the inflow of calls and reviewed work for accuracy and quality control
• Phone consultant for inforce illustrations department
• Produced many of these inforce illustrations when the producer could not obtain it locally
• Primary inforce consultant for our best producers (Prudential Leaders Council and MDRT)
