3. GREATNESSAWAITSWORKBOOK
Many people go through life and never live their lives. Refuse to die until you start living. God
deposited seeds of Greatness in every living person. It is your responsibility to unlock the Greatness
that lies dormant within you. This workbook serves as a tool to help you to live a life of intention and
focus. I wake up every moment to do these three things, having come to be aware that time is a limited
resource that I have; I wake up to ADD VALUE, CREATEVALUEand APPRECIATEVALUE.
Life without a purpose is not worth living. The day you find your purpose is the day; you will truly live
a fulfilled life. My mandate is to make people to KNOW GOD and help them KNOW WHO THEYAREIN
GOD. The subject of identity cannot be over emphasized, because the day you discover who you are,
who you are not and whose you are, becomes the beginning of a life of transformation.
I pray that this journey you have embarked on will help us coach you to become the best version of
yourself. In this workbook our mission is to help you DISCOVER every God given potential, seeds of
greatness, talents and possibilities, and then DEVELOP every aspect of the discoveries in order to
become all that you were created to be. Finally, our hope is to DEPLOY you into world of unlimited
possibilities. There is more in you than you can imagine.
Let’s embark on the journey because THEJOY ISIN THEJOURNEY!

Self Awareness- Discerning The GreatnessIn You.
Activity: Read the extract from GreatnessAwaitsbook and answer the questionsthat follow.
If self-awareness is this important; at what point did man begin to lose it? To answer this
question, we would have to go back to the first man Adam and see the state that he was in
before he lost his sense of self- awareness. In the book of Genesis, we are told that Man was
created with an awareness that he was to live like God. Genesis 1:27 says that “God created
man in His own Image”.
Corruption of self-awareness came when the deceiver came and suggested to man that he
was less than who God had said he was. Satan who is the source of deception came and told
man, “God knows that in the day you eat the forbidden fruit, you will be like God. Genesis 3:5
[Authors Paraphrase].
Adam yielded to deception and was literally convinced out of a state of self-awareness to the
point that he started feeling like he was less than he actually was. He started feeding on what
was on the outside to try to attain what he already had on the inside. Isn’t that what many
people do? Because most people don’t believe in the greatness that they already have on the
inside, they start engaging in illogical and immoral activities to try and achieve something that
they already have.

Don’t lose yourself trying to become who you already are.
Introduction.
It is easy to think about other people’s weaknesses, strengths, failures and successes. It is always easy
to tell others the truth than it is for us to tell ourselves. If only we could listen to the same voice that
speaks about others and self introspect. Whatever lenses you are looking at others through, turn them
around and see what impact it will have on your own life. Let’s journey together in this chapter.
Self Introspection - Drawing Out Wisdom For Greatness

7. “To achieve higher levels of self- awareness, you must demand of yourself to be a consistent
practitioner of reflection, concentration and introspection” Coach Natsi
Activity: Read the extract below from the book on The Pathway to Wisdom. And answer
the questions that follow.
Everybody desiresto be wise. You will never find anyone who growsup in life desiring to be a fool. We
are created with an in built drive to desire not only greatness but also wisdom. The reason why most
people are unable to transition to a place of tapping the wisdom within them isbecause they don’t ask
quality questions. Dr. Mike Murdock once said that answers are servants to questions. If you don’t ask
questions, then you haven’t created a pathwaythrough which wisdom and knowledge can flow into your
life. Questioning revealsyour passion for wisdom and hunger for knowledge. The questionsyou ask will
determine both the quality and longevity of your life and relationships. Remember that the key isnot to
ask quantity [many questions] but to ask quality [highly intelligent] questions.

Explain your answer.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
……
King Solomon was a profoundly wise man. From his writings, we can easily tell that he was a man
given to the exercise of introspection. In Proverbs 20:5, he said, “The purpose in the heart of a man is
like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out”. Looking at this statement, it’s obvious
that there is a treasure of wisdom and potential inside everyone on earth. The trick to maximizing it is
developing the understanding to draw it out. It’s sad that many people go through life playing the
victim and acting like they have nothing to offer.

9. Chapter 3
Self Confidence. - Do You Believe In You?
Introduction.
Have you ever imagined what people mean when people say, “You look like so and so”? Think about
it they are only comparing the outward person they see. Have you ever thought about how unique
and different we are, our hearts’ desires our hopes and fears and the dreams we have. The fact that an
excellent creator creates you, by default means that you are an excellent creation. Author and bible
teacher Max Lucado puts it this way; “You are not an accident. You were not mass-produced. You
were deliberately planned, specifically gifted and lovingly positioned on this earth by the master
craftsman.
Take a moment to reflect on the quote below. How true is this statement for you? What does it mean
to you?
“The greatest wealth is not the wealth around you but the wealth within you”
Activity:
The great self confidence question is “Are you comfortable being you?”We live in a world of “selfies” where
people are consistently posting Images of themselves looking very happy. The unfortunate thing is that if
You were to ask them how happy and how confident they are about who they are, they would give you a totally
different opinion from what you see in the “selfies”. The selfies rarely project their self confidence.
1. Have you taken a selfie recently maybe with some friends or by yourself? Do you feel the
image portrayed in that selfie reflects the inward image of yourself?
2. How have the comments from your friends about your looks, your behavior, the way you
carry yourself, affected you lately?
3. How has the success of your peers affected the way you feel about yourself?

Self Appreciation - Are you grateful for what you have?
Introduction.
As you read the chapter you realize that sometimes the challenges of life overwhelm us. We
should not stop to remember or appreciate the great things that we have, the gifts, talents
and capabilities. At times it is important to look at yourself and celebrate the great things and
milestones achieved. It is our hope that you should be in a place where you appreciate the
great good things in you, the opportunities that you can take advantage of.

18. Chapter 8
Self Push. - Unleashing The Unstoppable You
Introduction.
I heard a story of a very courageous lady who had to fight and win the battle against the bulge. She
was overweight for some time. She went on a journey where one day she would run in one of the
most grueling marathons ever. After losing a lot of weight and training, she entered this race. On the
race day a few kilometers before the finishing line she tore a ligament. The crowd around her
encouraged her on. She persevered, pushed and got to the finishing line in time for a medal. What a
story.
Entry Reflection:
In the past few months or year, life has thrown bricks and spanners and all, life has pushed you back
sometimes. Recount one life-defining incident that you felt pushed you down so hard. Look at where
you are at now.
Activity: The three attributes for capacity to endure and persevere

Exit-Evaluation and Reflection.
The very things we postpone to do are the very things that hold us back from achieving greatness.
Small steps take you upstairs. You will not quit, nothing is going to hold you down. When you were
learning to walk you would fall but you never gave up walking, today you walk tall and that same
attitude of getting up when you fall will take you places.
What is it that I have been afraid to do that I can start doing today? As NIKE would say, JUST DO IT.

Fortitude is that voice in you that says,” I am created for great things”. “I will not give up” or “quit until I see
my greatness come out and add value to my generation”. Welcome to your new normal!
