business in the UAE an annual 15 % growth year on year
since it was set up here more that 10 years ago. With
strategic expansion plans for the future. Dubai-based
entrepreneur Tej’s vision for Eagle Hunters Services to
work towards a facility enabled environment and provide
outstanding services in this region thereby becoming a
leader within service industry.
Tej B Raj Lohia proven to be an outstanding corporate
mind with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the busi-
ness. His result-oriented and mentoring approach facilitat-
ed by state-of-art technology has enabled him to create a
business model that is ready to take on any competitor
challenge.
A member of the Rotary Club and is continuously involved in
various charitable organizations that support the rural develop-
ment of India. He has already been honored with “Security
Service Man of the Year” award by Business Sphere magazine
as well as “Rising Entrepreneur of the year” two years in a
row. In October 2011, BBC World interviewed Tej for a
segment on SME Expat Entrepreneurs in UAE demonstrating
he has achieved a level of recognition with the region Masala
Awards nominated Tej B Raj Lohia in the Category of “Young
Achiever in Business Male” and recently, CEO magazine
honored him with “Young Indian CEO of the year – 2012”
award.

and consumers in India. The company pioneered, and continued to
lead, the in industry in over 650 clients in 13 different verticals. It’s
the only Indian multinational operating in the uniformed guard industry
with overseas presence in Dubai, Singapore and Doha.
In the UAE, the company launched its operations more than a decade
ago and has been successfully offering their services to prestigious

Our Training
Since we cater to a number of various staff categories and requirements, our service portfolio requires atten-
tion to detail. We begin our training after selection for requirement which is done across various countries.
Each category of staff will undergo 5 days job training prior to arrival in the UAE. Once safely arrived in the UAE,
they will have to undergo more in depth job training specifics along with emphasis on customer care and service
hygiene and grooming, UAE laws and culture training as well as company do’s and don’ts. Ensuring when our
staff arrived on site they are ready to deliver nothing but the highest quality.
