Primary Healthcare Services. It is based in Johannesburg and offers its services nationally and, is
available to work with international clients..
The private company was founded in 2016 by Sister Emily Rahube; an Occupational Health
Nursing Practitioner with over 20 years of experience from the Medical field.
Sister Emily Rahube leads a medical staff that comprises of qualified and certified doctor and
nurses who collectively have three decades of work experience from the Healthcare Industry.
‘Dikoena Employee Health Services’ is focused on being an exceptional service provider in the
industry by:
Addressing and managing clients’ needs in a properly planned, professional
and efficient manner and,
Enhancing Health and Safety education and awareness across the workforce.

5. Occupational Healthcare:
* Medical examination to determine an employee’s current health status and ‘fitness for work’.
* Pre-employment medical examinations that ensure correct placement of employees according
to their physical and mental compatibility, for a specific job
*Exit medical examinations that record the health status of an employee on termination of
his/her service.
* Health and Wellness Program
Occupational Safety:
*Medical surveillance examinations based on Occupational Health legislation.
*Ergonomic surveillance
Primary Healthcare:
