Ten Delta
About
Ten Delta operates both in Minneapolis, MN and the U.K providing technology consultancy. They work in the
syndicated loan space, and lead much of the global conversation around FPML as a new protocol to enable
e-commerce activities in the field of financial derivatives. They commissioned us to create a unique visual
identity and new website.
Challenges and Goals
1. Evolve and re-create: Ten Delta came to us with an outdated website and brand. The challenge was to create
something relevant without forgetting the origins of the company.
Execution
1. Visual Identity: Our design team took the concept of the Greek Delta and integrated it into a new, unique
logo. Its triangular roots are still very present; however, we incorporated two softened edges on the top and
right side, with a sharp edge on the bottom left. This gave the mark a subtle sense of movement. We created a
word-mark that is thin, classic, and elegant, but with a widened stance. The combination of classic type and
a line art logo gave us the perfect foundation for a new brand identity.
2. Illustration: Once the design team created this new identity, the team worked with Ten Delta’s founder to
create an icon set of “Ten Deltas” which explained their process. The illustration and branding for Ten Delta
created a cohesive and distinctive language in both the digital and print worlds.

Greatland Homes
About
Greatland Homes designs, builds, and develops neighborhoods and homes as a boutique builder in the
Minneapolis, MN area. They prioritize ethical work which results in beautiful living spaces. The two founders
approached us with their desire to incorporate their 40+ years of experience into a new brand which
showcased the creativity and relationship of a boutique builder with the expertise and scalability of their
larger commercial counterparts.
Challenges and Goals
1. Brand personality - The visual identity and website our team created needed to target 30–40 year old move-
up buyers. Our team decided to leverage the creativity and relationship of the boutique builder for their target
market, but needed to accomplish this without the message that Greatland Homes lacked experienced. The
strategy presented didn’t sacrifice their decades of business experience for a trendy visual without meaning.
Execution
1. Visual Identity - Our design team chose a color palate which used two hues of blue and an accent golden
cream color. The bold, minimal combination included the contrasting warmth of the lighter blue and gold.
2. Logo - We presented three options to illustrate three distinct approaches to the market. The final mark
combined a classic monogram with the contemporary typeface, Proxima Nova.
3. Website - The vast amount of needed tabs in their site-map mixed with a limited amount of content for each
page presented the greatest challenge. Our team worked to combine all of their existing website pages into
one scrolling page, and designed a menu button which held all of their contact information, resources, and
blogs. It streamlined their message, and offered a menu which allowed additional information to scale-as-
needed later.

Slate and Main
About
Early last year, Main Point Media acquired the startup video production company Slate. They hired Slate’s
founders and merged companies to form Slate and Main, a video production company in Minneapolis. Slate
and Main specialize in extremely cinematic work for marketing and advertising. They approached our design
team to craft and develop their website.
Challenges and Goals
1. Slate and Main’s wanted their web presence to express their love of cinema.
2. Their extensive list of services and process complicated an easily digestible presentation.
Execution
1. Video - Our development team worked with Slate and Main to integrate their film reels into the banners of
the site’s pages. The effect resulted in an extremely immersive experience.
2. Illustration - Our design team worked with their production staff to create a set of finely detailed line art
illustrations to best explain each of the services in their production process. The finished set of icons explained
their process and list of services simultaneously.
