This document discusses the author's changing opinion on immigration. The author believes embassy workers should file detailed reports justifying any denial of entrance. They also think border patrols should not use excessive force like predator drones unless there is reasonable suspicion of dangerous behavior, and any use of force should be illegalized without such suspicion. The overall opinion expressed is that immigration denials and use of force at borders should require clear proof and justification rather than blanket denial or force.
1. My Opinion on Immigration
With what was said in class about legal transportation to the U.S my opinion has changed. I
would make it necessary for any worker of the U.S embassy in any country to file a report on why
someone could not gain entrance. It’s ok to deny threats but it should be proven they are not a threat to
U.S life. Don’t just deny them prove it. I would also illegalize the use of excessive force in border patrols
unless reasonable suspicion for dangerous behavior becomes a factor. Like illegalizing the use of
predator drones on the border.
