This letter is to recommend Ms Tammy Nguyen, who has actively taught for Number
One Tutoring Inc. program for low income and low performing students under the provisions of
the No Child Left Behind Act for Supplemental Educational Services. I am the District
Coordinator for the NCLB based SES tutoring service at Number 1 Tutoring, INC. Here, I am
the supervisor of tutors working in 15 school districts across California. I keep track of student
hours of tutoring, create invoices for California School Districts, and serve as the first point of
contact for my tutor and parent concerns.
I have worked with Tammy for the past 2 years. During this time, she has shown nothing
but compassion, professionalism, and diligence when tutoring our students. In total, Tammy has
completed over 270 tutoring hours one district alone for the school year of 2014-15. She has
easily accumulated over 600 hours of tutoring experience in the past two years and has worked
with different district coordinators simultaneously. She has worked excellently with district
deadlines, and has built a wonderful rapport with the student's parents. She has always been
available for on-call assignments, and handles each situation with grace. I am assured that
Tammy will excel in any program that she applies for, and will be an essential addition to your
