•The main purpose is to create a better learning
environment and to educate all students of special needs
with the additional help of family support.

•To provide academic and personal support from family
members to all students of special needs.

4. Goal:
•Better Support for Special Education Students.
•Increase Student Success.
•Build a bridge between students and parents.

5. Introduction:
•Raising special education students is a shared
responsibility.

6. Development of Family Engagement office:
•To provide parents with resources and opportunity.

7. Parent Mentor:
•To create a communication bridge between school and
home.

8. Superintendent Parent Advisory Council:
•Parents meet with superintendents to discuss student
achievement.

9. Benefits of Parent Engagement:
•Better Grades,
•Better Attendance and Enrollment Rates,
•Higher Graduation Rates,
•Higher Transition Rates.
•Lesser Negative Behavior etc.
