Who is a CFO?
• Key objective of a Business Enterprise is to create Wealth
• Wealth is created by an enterprise by realizing the value of its
  products and services
   – Getting in to right products / services
   – Efficiently creating those products / services
   – Managing resources, specifically financial resources effectively
• Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is one of the key members of the
  top management team
• CFO has a key role to play in directing the financial
  performance of the Company and in Strategic decision making

   – Limited Growth Opportunity for the individual
   – Limited support system to cater to the requirements of the individual
