1. TAABLE
1.1 何謂 TAABLE?
Taable 是一個容許使用者在其完全互動及個人化的頻道內以簡便及全面的方式上載、連接、管
理、組織、分享及評論其多媒體內容的多媒體社交分享平台。Taable 由位於香港的泰盟科技有
限公司研發、管理及擁有，並於 2012 年推出。
1.2 基本概念
Taable 對於社交網絡服務、博客服務及多媒體分享是一種嶄新的體驗，透過 Taable 的網站、
Google 或 Facebook 登記成為會員﹙稱為“Taabler”﹚，您可操縱您的頻道及管理頻道內的節
目﹙稱為“ta”﹚，未登記的會員則可瀏覽及分享節目。

1.2.1 要素
 Taabler – Taable 的註冊會員，Taabler 可建立及分享 Taable 內之頻道。
 粉絲 – Taabler 不需得到允許下可關注任何其他 Taabler，如對其他 Taabler 的動向、節目及
頻道感興趣，Taabler 可隨時觀看被關注的 Taabler 的更新。
 團隊 – Taable 內的一組製作人。Taabler 不需得到允許下可將任何其他 Taabler 加入至他的
團隊，而團隊成員亦可無需得到製作團隊統領人﹙即增加其他 Taabler 至自己團隊的 Taabler﹚
的允許編輯節目。
 節目 – 集合多個多媒體內容的統稱。Taabler 可加上節目名稱及簡介至其製作的節目﹙“製
作人”﹚。製作人可透過 Google 搜尋、Youtube、Picasa、Facebook、Instagram、Flickr、Twitter
及 Vimeo 把視頻、相片及文字內容置於其節目內。
 頻道 – 集合多個節目的統稱。令其他使用者﹙註冊或非註冊﹚容易明白頻道的主旨，Taabler
在製作節目前須建立一個頻道及給予該頻道名稱、簡介及描述。
 “ta” – 編輯節目。Taabler 可製作其節目，當 Taabler 開始“ta”其節目，他/她可增加/刪除
節目的內容及編輯節目主題風格。
 訂閱 – 訂閱頻道。Taabler 可透過訂閱頻道留意一些有趣頻道及節目的消息。
 喜歡 – 喜歡一個節目。發現有趣的節目，Taabler 可喜歡這節目以表示支持該節目。
 標記 – 標記節目內的相片及視頻內容。發現一些有趣的內容，Taabler 可加以標記及使用
該內容於自己的節目。已標記的內容可在 Taabler 的檔案頁內檢視。
 評分 – Taabler 可給予節目 1 至 5 的評分；1 為最差，5 為最佳。
 標籤 – 一段描述節目的文字。在頻道加上標籤是一個理想的途徑吸引其他粉絲、與更多人
分享節目及令節目更易被發現。
 地理標籤 – 一個方便查閱節目的位置標籤。加上地理標籤令就近的使用者更易發現您的節
目及令其他人得知一些內容的位置。
 播放中/離線 – 節目的狀態。將節目狀態調整為播放中可公開節目；節目還在準備中或關
閉節目可調整節目狀態為離線。

所有 Taabler 可於頻道分享歡樂時刻、主意、興
趣、嗜好、消息、才能及專門技術，而每位 Taabler
可擁有最多三條不同風格的頻道。
創作多媒體節目
每條頻道可播放一個或多個包含多媒體內容的節
目。

簡易匯入內容
內容可以是一張相片、一條視頻或一段文字，
Taable 提供細心及方便的途徑匯入及結合經驗證
後不同來源如：提交、上載、攝影機、搜尋及社
交平台的內容。
隨處分享
於任何裝置、平台以不同方法與他人分享您喜愛
的節目，更可透過 Google、Facebook、Twitter、
Instant Messengers、電郵等即時分享。
共同製作
邀請其他 Taabler 加入您的製成團隊共同更新您
的節目。製成團隊由一群 Taabler 組成共同製作頻
道，製作人，可邀請及允許其他 Taabler 更新您的
節目。

2. 準備開始
2.1 註冊成為 TAABLER
登記成為 Taabler，即可與他人分享您的多媒體頻道。
透過以下途徑建立帳戶：

透過電郵
1. 輸入電郵地址及兩次密碼
於指定欄位，按確認後會收
到一封確認電郵啟動帳戶。
2. 檢查電郵並完成登記。

於 Taable 網站按下“Google”，系統會要求登入
Google帳戶，再於Google帳戶批准Taable建立帳戶。
透過 FACEBOOK
於 Facebook App Center 尋找 Taable App。

App。
批核完成後，帳戶便會建立。
2.2 登入及登出
Taabler 於頂菜單按登入按鈕可登入 Taable 的任何頁面。
畫面出現登入控制板，輸入電郵地址和密碼，再按登入按鈕。

登入 Taable；登入 Facebook 或 Google 並批准 Taable App 代表您已登入 Taable，您的相片﹙內
含簡化使用者檔案﹚會顯示於頂菜單。
按下於頂菜單的使用者相片可於 Taable 任何頁面登出。
於使用者的簡化檔案控制板左下方按登出按鈕登出。

主要介面顯示不同類型的收藏方便使用者發掘或尋找所需。

推介一些 Taabler 感興趣的流行及特別範疇，包括：「最多觀看的頻道」、「熱門製作人」、
「泰博頻道」、「精選頻道」、「本月最活躍用家」、「最受歡迎頻道」、「最受關注用家」、
「最受關注用家」(duplicated)、「最多人觀看節目」、「最多人喜愛節目」、「製作團隊之星」、
「最多人觀看節目」(duplicated)及「最多人喜愛節目」(duplicated)等。
2.4.2 個人資料介面
按下於主頁底部的“您的管理器”可管理您的頻道、節目、團隊、相片集及影片集。使用者藏
品包括：「我的頻道」、「訂閱頻道」、「應邀頻道」、「我的粉絲」、「粉絲」、「我的製
作團隊」、「應邀加盟」、「喜愛的節目」及「瀏覽過節目」。

每個 Taabler 都可以是頻道製作人；由管理器進入我的頻道主頁可建立新頻道或管理已建立的
頻道。
 應邀頻道
加入團隊後有權編輯領隊的頻道，Taabler 可於締結頻道收藏找到所有他/她有權編輯的頻道。

 訂閱頻道
Taabler 可訂閱其他頻道，以留意頻道的更新。
 我的製作團隊
Taabler 可邀請其他 Taabler 成為團隊成員，合作製作頻道及節目；於團隊收藏內檢視各團隊成
員；選擇團隊並按下“刪除團隊”可移除不需要的團隊。

 應邀加盟
當您被邀請為團隊成員，您可在締結收藏找到該團隊的領隊，所有的團隊領隊都會顯示於該頁。
 粉絲與關注
Taabler 可關注 Taable 世界內任何一人以便觀看其最新動向，Taabler 可於粉絲收藏內查看所有
粉絲；同時，粉絲亦可在其關注收藏內找到他/她所關注的人。

Taabler 可對特別的節目表示喜愛，並於喜愛的節目內找到該節目。
 已觀看過節目
Taabler 於已觀看過節目內找到最近觀看過的節目。

Taabler 於主頁的頂置菜單按搜尋按鈕可搜尋頻道、使用者、標籤或地理標籤。
2.6 發掘就近的頻道
按下於頂置菜單的地理標籤按鈕開啟地圖可以 Taabler 所處位置搜尋就近的頻道。
2.7 進入個人檔案

在觀看的頁面給朋友。
2.9 語言設定
Taable 支援兩種語言，包括英文及中文﹙繁體﹚，Taabler 可於每頁的頂置菜單變更介面的語言
設定。

Taabler 可在左手面的控制板拖曳節目的縮圖來觀看頻道內的所有節目及頻道頁面內的節目和
頻道資訊。

於頻道頁面及其節目頁面，Taabler 可訂閱頻道來觀看頻道的更新，按”+”訂閱按鈕可隨時訂閱
或取消訂閱頻道。
3.3 檢視更多製作人資訊
於頻道資訊頁面按下使用者相片，綜合使用者資訊的迷你檔案控制板會顯示更多有關製作人的
資訊；Taabler 按下“檢視檔案”可閱讀更多有關製作人檔案訊息。

4. 發掘節目頁面
節目頁面是由很多包含了文字、相片及視頻的內容所組成，Taabler 於節目頁面可觀看更多內
容。
4.1 觀看內容描述
Taabler 在已選內容可得到更多有關該內容的描述，內容擁有人給予內容的描述會顯示於內容底
部。

4.2 標記內容
選擇內容及按下於左下方的“標記”按鈕可標記相片及視頻內容作為自己的收藏或用於自己的
節目。
4.3 分享內容
選擇內容及按下於左下方的“分享相片”或“分享影片”按鈕便可透過其他社交平台分享相片
及視頻內容給朋友。
4.4 檢視節目資訊
先在左方按下 按鈕後，再按下節目縮圖下的“顯示詳情”按鈕便可得到有關於節目的資訊，
即：節目描述、節目的活躍用戶、觀看次數、提交的用戶、喜歡的人次、標籤、節目的團隊成
員人數、節目地理位置、平均評分及提交數目。

4.5 評分
Taabler 給予節目由 1 至 5 的評分。
4.6 標籤
在節目詳情裡，Taabler 可檢視節目的標籤及發掘具有相同標籤
的節目，選擇所需標籤可檢視更多頻道及節目。
4.7 地理標籤
製作人可設定節目的地理位置令節目更易被搜尋，令 Taabler 搜尋就近的頻道時找到節目。
4.8 喜歡
按下 按鈕表示對節目欣賞。

4.9 全螢幕模式
按下 按鈕，節目範圍會放大、左面控制板、底部控制及置頂菜單會縮小，節目會以更
大、更清晰的全螢幕模式播放。
4.10 播放幻燈片
在全螢幕模式下，按下“播放幻燈片”按鈕，內容會以幻燈片模式逐個播放以便觀看整個節目
內容。

4.11 提交內容
當節目是播放中，Taabler 可提交多媒體內容給予其他 Taabler 建立節目；當節目是不公開狀態
時，其他 Taabler 不能觀看這節目。.
4.12 編輯節目
進入“TA”模式
節目擁有人可按下“ta”按鈕設計不同題材的節目。
進入“CO-TA”模式
製作團隊成員可增加/刪除內容來共同編輯節目。

5. 發掘檔案頁面
Taabler 的檔案頁面包含其基本資料及綜合其於 Taable 的活動及內容，讓其他 Taabler 對您認識
更多，其他社交網站的連結亦會顯示於檔案頁面。
5.1 介面介紹
Taabler 的檔案頁面主要包括：
 Taabler 的頻道，訂閱頻道，應邀頻道
 Taabler 觀看過的節目及喜歡的節目
 Taabler 的製作團隊、粉絲及其關注的 Taabler
 Taabler 的相簿及視頻集
當 Taabler 預覽相片或視頻，使用這些相片或視頻的節目列表會顯示於左面控制板，Taabler 可
直接由列表進入節目。

Taabler 可編輯其檔案的資料，包括：檔案網址、標記媒體以及檔案頁面的設定。
5.2 增加成員
Taabler 可透過檔案頁面增加任何使用者為其製作團隊成員，找到誰是團隊成員及誰與其應邀團
隊。
5.3 關注使用者
在檔案頁面，Taabler 可關注任何使用者、知道誰在關注他/她及他/她正在關注誰。
5.4 編輯檔案
每個 Taabler 可編輯他/她的檔案頁面資料，包括：使用者圖像、性別、簡介、興趣、網址、音
樂、電影、書籍、引述等。

Taabler 可於帳戶設定更新他/她的登入電郵、密碼、使用名稱、真實名稱及語言。
Taabler 可更改檔案封面相片營造不同的檔案主題風格。

6. 建立與管理頻道
6.1 製作新頻道
按下主頁的“我的頻道”，Taabler 可按 可製作新頻道。
Taabler 可輸入頻道的名稱及介紹，令頻道更突出，Taabler 可為頻道的簡介上載或拍攝一張照
片，按下“新增”以確認建立頻道。
新的頻道會顯示於我的頻道頁面。

現在請觀看如何製作頻道的視頻
6.2 變更頻道簡介
於自己的頻道裡，按下下方的“編輯頻道”可更新頻道的簡介。
編輯頻道控制板將會顯示，製作人可上載或拍攝照片以更新頻道簡介。
6.3 編輯頻道資訊
Taabler 可於編輯頻道控制板修改頻道介紹。

6.4 刪除頻道
在個人檔案頁面裡，於“我的頻道”先按“刪除頻道”按鈕進入刪除模式，再選擇頻道刪除，
Taabler 可刪除不想保存的頻道。
之後彈出確認視窗，再按＂刪除＂確認。

7. 一起“TA”吧
7.1 建立新節目
Taabler 可於頻道頁面建立、編輯或刪除節目。
要建立新節目，按下 ，輸入必要的節目名稱及介紹；如需要更多設定，設定節
目狀態為“離線”，節目不會發佈以方便設定；當節目狀態為“公開”，表示節目正在發佈，
任何人也可觀看。
7.2 開始“TA”吧
在資訊頁面，節目擁有人可編輯節目名稱、介紹、背景風格、設定節目狀態﹙播放中/離線﹚或
刪除節目。
7.2.1 “TA”模式介面
按“ta”按鈕進行 ta 節目。

ta 模式共有三個部份：
 內容控制板﹙設於左方﹚– 透過搜尋或其他社交網絡服務 Taabler 可獲得更多相片或視頻。
 置頂控制﹙設於頂部﹚ – 包含應用﹙儲存﹚、取消及發佈的控制。
 置底控制﹙設於底部﹚ – 當編輯包括文字工具、相片工具、風格工具的內容時出現及特定

T&A Technology Limited ("T&A", "our", "us" or "we") provides Taable, an online service that
allows users to simply and easily create, collaborate, manage and share their multimedia contents
in own channels' programs (the "Services") through our websites located at Taable.com and
related domains (the "Site") and mobile applications, desktop applications, television applications
(the "Application").
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Terms govern
your access to and use of our Services and constitute a binding legal agreement
between you and T&A.
Key Terms related to Content
 "Content" means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other
materials.
 "Taable Content" means all Content that we makes available through the Site, Application or
Service, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Member Content.
 "Member" means a person that completes Taable's account registration process, as
described under "Account Registration" below.
 "Member Content" means all Content that a Member submits or transmits to be made
available through the Site, Application or Services.
 "Site Content" means Member Content and Taable Content.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, APPLICATION OR
SERVICES OR BY POSTING ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, APPLICATION OR THROUGH THE SERVICES,
YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE
TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SITE AND APPLICATION. IF YOU DO

or use of the Site, Application or Services by anyone under 13 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or
using the Site, Application or Services you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are
at least 13, but are still a minor (this depends on where you live), you must have your parent or legal
guardian's permission to use the Services. Please have him or her read this Agreement with you.
NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: By granting your child permission to use the Services, you
agree to the Terms on behalf of your child. You are responsible for monitoring and supervising your
child's use of the Services. If your child is using the Services and is either under 18 or does not have
your permission, please contact us immediately so that we can disable his or her access. If you have
questions about whether the Services is appropriate for your child, please contact us.
WARNING: Even if you are old enough to use the Services and/or have your parent's or guardian's
permission, some of the content available within the Services may not be appropriate for you. Some
content may contain "R-rated" material, nudity, profanity, and mature subject matter. If you are
under 18, do not view such content.
Account Registration
In order to use features of the Site, Application and Services, you must register to create an account
("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the
registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
You may register with Taable through your account with certain third party social networking
services (SNS), including, but not limited to, Facebook and Google+. When you link your SNS account
to Taable account, you will be asked to login to the Services using your SNS account credentials.
Doing so means you allow Taable to access your SNS account information and you agree to abide by
the applicable terms and conditions of your SNS in your use of the Services via such SNS.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any
third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Account, whether
or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify T&A of any
unauthorized use of your Account.
Termination and Account Cancellation

If you breach any of these Terms, T&A will have the right to suspend or disable your Account or
terminate these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. T&A reserves the right
to revoke your access to and use of the Site, Application, Services and Content at any time, with or
without cause.
Privacy
We are concerned to ensure that all personal data submitted through Taable are handled in strict
adherence to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance

Disclaimers
THE SITE, APPLICATION, SERVICES AND SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, T&A EXPLICITLY
DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET
ENJOYMENT OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING
OR USAGE OF TRADE.
T&A MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE, APPLICATION, SERVICES OR SITE CONTENT WILL MEET
YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.

or (iii) your violation of these Terms.
Ownership

laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and foreign countries. Except as expressly
provided in these Terms, T&A and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to
the Site, Application, Services and Site Content, including all associated intellectual property rights.
You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary
rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Site, Application, Services or Site Content.
If you decide to use the Application, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of
these Terms, T&A grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, without
the right to sublicense, for you to install, access and use such Application on a mobile device that
you own or control, solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. T&A reserves all rights in
the Application not expressly granted to you by these Terms.
Taable Content and Member Content License
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, T&A grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to access, view, download
and print any Taable Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, T&A grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and view any
Member Content solely for your personal and internal business purposes. You will not use, copy,

Services, or Site Content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

rights owned or controlled by T&A or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly
granted in these Terms.
Member Content
We may, in our sole discretion, permit Members to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit
Member Content. By making available any Member Content through the Site, Application or Services,
you hereby grant to T&A a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable,
royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell,
transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise
exploit such Member Content only on, through or by means of the Site, Application or Services. T&A
does not claim any ownership rights in any such Member Content and nothing in these Terms will be
deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit any such Member Content.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all Member Content that you make
available through the Site, Application and Services. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that: (i)
you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all Member Content that you make available through
the Site, Application and Services or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are
necessary to grant to T&A the rights in such Member Content, as contemplated under these Terms;
and (ii) neither the Member Content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission or
transmittal of the Member Content or T&A Technology's use of the Member Content (or any portion
thereof) on, through or by means of the Site, Application and the Services will infringe,
misappropriate or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or
other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the
violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Content Restrictions
You may not upload, post, or transmit (collectively, "submit") any content that:
 Infringes any third party's copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc.);

 Contains sexually explicit content or pornography (provided, however, that non-sexual nudity
is permitted);
 Contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incites hatred against any
individual or group;
 Exploits minors;
 Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence;
 Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals;
 Promotes fraudulent schemes, multi level marketing (MLM) schemes, get rich quick schemes,
online gaming and gambling, cash gifting, work from home businesses, or any other dubious
money-making ventures; or
 Violates any law.
Copyright Policy
T&A has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate
circumstances of registered users or other account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed
to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
Links
The Site and Application may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge
and agree that T&A is not responsible or liable. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume
all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
Modification
T&A reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site,
Application or Services or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify
these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site.
Feedback

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements
to the Site, Application and Services ("Feedback").
You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of T&A and you
hereby irrevocably assign to T&A and agree to irrevocably assign to T&A all of your right, title, and
interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade
secret, trademark, moral rights and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein.
Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
