 Advics Manufacturing, Terre Haute, Indiana, September, 2013 – Present
Currently, I am working as a Quality Assurance Team Leader. In this position, I
am responsible for the well-being of my team members, and making sure they have
everything they need. We work together, as a team, to problem solve quality issues,
complete QC Projects, 5S activities, Kaizen improvements ideas/projects, and to support
manufacturing as best as we can. I have also learned a great deal more how each part we
produce affects the finished good products on the Drum, DIH, and BMC lines.
 Advics Manufacturing, Terre Haute, Indiana January, 2012 – September, 2013
I worked as a Quality Measurement Technician. In this position, I learned to rea
d print drawings and apply proper GD&T. I have also learned to use various measuring
hand tools, such as, micrometers, calipers, pin and block gages, etc. Accompanying these s
kills, I also learned to operate and program Mitutoyo’s CMM andFormtrace Contour Machi
ne. I am also proficient with Mitutoyo's Quick Scope Vision Measuring Machine, Mitutoy
o’s Roundness Tester, and Shimadzu. During this time, I became much more involved with
our MQ1 software and how to better navigate it.

I worked as a team leader. I was responsible for managing 5 to 12 team
members and performing hourly quality checks. I also learned how to use the oracle
software and the basic functions of the MQ1 software during this time.

I worked as a line team member. I worked on assembly lines that produced
disc brakes and drum brakes.

I worked at AET and Aisin Brake and Chassis. At AET I worked on the
shipping dock operating a forklift and fulfilling shipping orders. At Aisin Brake and
Chassis, now known as Advics Manufacturing, Indiana, I worked as a future line team
member.
 Jadcore, Inc., Terre Haute, Indiana March, 2003 - Febuary, 2005
I worked as a line team member. I worked on a line that produced trash bags. I
was responsible for performing periodical quality checks, packaging product, and placing
product on a pallet.
