To Whom It May Concern,
It gives me great pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. Thuong Tran. Mr.
Tran completed his nursing preparation here and has now passed NCLEX to receive his license
to practice nursing. Mr. Tran was a committed student and made every effort to learn and
practice both skills and theory. He was well respected by his peers and by the faculty and staff.
During his 4th
semester, he completed a journal for a clinical rotation as part of the
clinical decision making class. In that journal he clearly identified nursing care as delivered by
other healthcare providers and was able to evaluate roles and responsibilities related to care
delivery by other providers as well as him.
Not only was he a good student, he is pleasant and always seems to be in good spirits. He
takes constructive criticism well and endeavored to come prepared and to participate in class. He
was a team player and worked well his peers and the faculty.
I am sure Mr. Tran will be an asset to your institution and to your patients. Please feel
free to contact me if I may be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Delores Saddler, Ph.D., MSN, RN, CGRN
