12. Terms Of Investment Fifty percent of your total investment (50%) is paid at the signing of an agreement and issuance of shares. This triggers the acquisition and placement process to make the games operationally ready to install in the selected venue(s). There will be no revenue generated from the investment during this preparatory period of up to two-months.

Terms Of Investment Your investment will be used to acquire, re-manufacture, ship, and install slot machines and associated technologies and/or to secure the most lucrative deals for you with select casinos. You (or one principal of your group) will be given access to real-time data reports showing the actual revenue being generated by your units at specific casinos. This allows you…and us… at anytime to assess the actual revenue versus projected return on investment.

14. Terms Of Investment: (also known as “the fine print”) At the end of two months (60 days), the remaining 50% of your investment will be paid. In the event that the units are not operationally ready to install on a casino floor at the end of that two-month period, you will be paid 10% interest on your investment until the remanufacturing or acquisition process is complete and the units are operationally ready to install. Additionally, if at the end of the two month period the games are operationally ready to install but have not been placed on a casino floor, you will be paid 10% interest on your investment until the units are installed on a casino floor. This, of course, is not withstanding a force majeure or “act of God” prohibiting either process.
