4. Problem Statement
Explain the challenge that your project is trying to solve. This should be backed up by tailored research,
facts and figures.
8. Usefulness
Is your solution really needed and useful for someone?? Have you conducted survey with your friends,
family and random potential customers to check (highly recommended)? What were the results and
outcomes you found out?
9. Target customers / beneficiaries
Draw the profile of your typical target customer / beneficiary. Who will use your solution? Who was it
designed for? What are their characteristics?
10. Market Summary
Explain your market – what market are you positioned in? What is its size? How fast is it growing? How
scalable could your solution be in this market?
You can use 2-3 slides to answer the above questions (include graphs, mention sources)

Their USP
In this slide, explain how you are different from similar solutions / competitors. You should have made
some research beforehand to check if your solution is standing out from the existing ones. Explain the
differentation here.

List all the resources that you would be needing to develop and implement your solution (human resource,
material, financial resources…) and how you plan to access it

Map the stakeholders around your project, for example identify who are your:

Describe your business concept concisely: how would you plan to generate revenues from this solution?
Who would be the clients? Who would pay for it? How much would it be priced and why? What will your
