Defined by Webster’s Dictionary •Definition of meditate. 1 : to engage in contemplation or reflection He meditated long and hard before announcing his decision. 1 : to focus one's thoughts on : reflect on or ponder over He was meditating his past achievements. 2 : to plan or project in the mind : intend, purpose.
During uncertain, and turbulent times- During these uncertain, and turbulent times we are all forced to deal with varying degrees of emotions as a result of- “it all.” We are bombarded with information, situations, media, and “ETC.” All day, and every day. Some of us turn to exercise, family, friends, music, outdoor adventures/escapes, religion, vice(s), and/or prayer/meditation. In order to maintain some sort of internal balance, to soothe, and calm our soul/spirit. Also, as a means of shielding, protecting our soul/spirit “against”, and in the “midst” of it all-
The Practice of Meditation The practice of meditation goes beyond gender, national/cultural origin, race, religion, and/or sexual preference. This practice is a way of life for finding balance, calming the mind. For protecting, relieving, and soothing your internal being. For your soul/spirit.
In the midst of it all Bigotry Ignorance Injustice Gossip Hate Evil Sexism Covetousness Corruption Fake News Poverty Racism Inequality Oppression Politics Classism Drama Fear Domestic ViolenceMedia Toxic People Toxic Situations Hypocrisy Debt Trauma Disrespect Deception Colorism

Defined by Webster’s Dictionary •Definition of meditate. 1 : to engage in contemplation or reflection He meditated long and hard before announcing his decision. 1 : to focus one's thoughts on : reflect on or ponder over He was meditating his past achievements. 2 : to plan or project in the mind : intend, purpose.

During uncertain, and turbulent times- During these uncertain, and turbulent times we are all forced to deal with varying degrees of emotions as a result of- “it all.” We are bombarded with information, situations, media, and “ETC.” All day, and every day. Some of us turn to exercise, family, friends, music, outdoor adventures/escapes, religion, vice(s), and/or prayer/meditation. In order to maintain some sort of internal balance, to soothe, and calm our soul/spirit. Also, as a means of shielding, protecting our soul/spirit “against”, and in the “midst” of it all-
  • 4. The Practice of Meditation The practice of meditation goes beyond gender, national/cultural origin, race, religion, and/or sexual preference. This practice is a way of life for finding balance, calming the mind. For protecting, relieving, and soothing your internal being. For your soul/spirit.
