This paragraph must be written in your
own handwriting . (DO NOT TYPE)
Please include any musical experience
(singing, dance, instrumental, theater etc.)
Don’t be shy! This is the time express your
interest and brag about your enthusiasm
for music.
This paragraph will be a major factor in
choosing our Music Club members.
14. 3. Turn your application and Music Club
fee in no later than Monday 8/26/19.
New Music Club members fee is $25.
This fee includes a Music Club T-shirt.
Returning members Music Club
fee is $15.00.
This fee DOES NOT include
a Music Club T-shirt.
If you are not chosen for the club,
your money will be refunded.
15. Frequently asked questions?
Can I be in Music Club, Art Club, Safety Patrol, Student
Council, and TV Production/News Team?
Yes! The club times do not conflict with each other. However, I think you would be exhausted!
How do I get home after Music Club?
There are no buses home after club so you have to arrange your own ride home.
There are no crossing guards after club so you can only walk/bike home if you live on the
WEST side of A1A.
