4. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
To study the demographic profile of the respondents suffering from various
diseases.
To examine the availability of regular test in nearby rural areas.
To study the knowledge of various free schemes run by government
and SRMS Trust.
To study the awareness regarding various services (MOBILE HOSPITAL,
NISULAK DAWA VITARAN KENDRA”) provided by SRMSIMS, Bareilly.
To study the respondent satisfaction towards the services provided by SRMS
IMS, Bareilly.
5. The sample size was taken as 450 respondents
for the study.
The sampling procedure taken for the project was
Random Sampling in which respondents were
selected randomly.
To achieve the objective of the study, the primary data
have been collected through questionnaire.

27. The students were sent to nearby rural areas covering 5 blocks
(fatehganj, Meerganj, Bhojipura, Damkoda, Shergarh).
From the survey we get to know that the respondents were suffering
from major Diseases like Cancer, Tuberculosis (T.B), Asthma, and
Malnutrition and the non-availability of Diagnostic centers in their area.
For such problems they have to visit to Government block hospitals or
Private hospitals like SRMSIMS, Bareilly and explaining them various
government health schemes which include “JANANI SURAKSHA YOJANA,
PRADHAN MANTRI JAN AROGYA YOJANA, JILA ANDATA YOJANA, and
VACCINATION”.
Not only this, Students were given target to fill 450 questionnaire from
the above mentioned blocks.
At last with the survey the students conclude that almost all the patients
were aware of the services(“MOBILE HOSPITAL, NISULAK DAWA VITARAN
KENDRA”)provided by SRMSIMS and they were satisfied with the services
delivered by them.
