Dear Reader,
The activities of EECC Co.,Ltd have been developing in
two main directions.
Since its establishment in 1996, the company has been
processing livestock intestines for production and export
of natural sausage casings to Switzerland ,Germany and
Italy.
We produce the highest quality natural casings from
sheep, goat and horse in a wide range of grades and
calibers.
From 2004, the company has been purchasing livestock
in the rural areas of Mongolia. After having them
slaughtered at authorized abattoirs, we supply the meat
in Russian Federation and domestic markets.
In 2011, for the purpose of expanding business activity,
we established EECC’s daughter company named
PRECOM CO.,LTD and built our own production facility
for the meat processing.
Based on EU guidelines and HACCP, our production
technology and conditions strictly meet all EU and
HACCP requirements.

PRECOM’s production process
consists of two phases:
 De-boning-packaging-freezing –dispatch
 De-boning-dicing-portioning-filling-
sterilizing –export
The main raw material source for Mongolian meat industry is the extensive livestock
production that has been maintained for thousands of years where the key producers are
herders’ households. They are unevenly distributed along the traditional locations of the
livestock husbandry and climatic zones.
The extensive livestock husbandry exists on a triangular relationship; “livestock-herder-
pasture”; producing many types of products that supply food to the population and raw
materials to various industries. This situation tends to remain with little changes and will
continue for a long period of time.

 PRECOM processes 20 tons of carcasses
per shift (8 hours), which generates
approximately 12-16 tons of variety of
different heat processed meat products
and fresh meat.
 To ensure total traceability, label must be
applied to every piece of meat during
each phase of the process.
 These manufacturing requirements
severely test PRECOM’s printing and
labeling systems at peak production
times.
 HACCP concept is established and is
monitored regularly.
