Description:
The project is about testing the PCH sites for the periodic new development and changes to the
existing system. The system is complicated with different sub systems, and various interfaces
between different projects implemented. Publishers Clearing House is one of the largest and most
successful direct marketing companies in the world. The goal of the Prism System is to build an
application framework which streamlines the workflow and production of various marketing
campaigns while also providing increased capabilities and improved reporting. The result is a
system which is made up of the following main areas: Template Management, Package
Management, Path Management, Offer Management and Contest Management.
Role and Responsibilities:
Understanding the Client Requirements using associated documents.
Raising Queries/Ambiguities for the requirements/functional specifications that need more

Description:
Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is a direct marketing company that sells merchandise and
magazine subscriptions and operates prize-based game, search and lotto websites. Its products are
promoted through sweepstakes and prize promotions. The company has been selling books, media,
jewelry and other consumer items since the 1980s. Publishers Clearing house operates eight
websites, including PCH Search and Win, PCH Lotto, PCH Games, PCH Save and Win, and Candy
stand. The direct-marketing market and became known by detractors as a producer of junk-mail
for advertising through mass-mailings.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Worked closely with the teams to understand the requirements, functionality and design.
• Reviewed project documents and played key role to identify the testable requirements.
• Analyzing the requirements given in PAWS (File Maker Pro).

Description:
Testing conducted on various platforms and in devices to test the Native apps and Mobile web apps
to test the stability of the website across multiple browsers. The performance is observed in both
the environments and the modes of testing carried to evaluate the apps and its functions
thoroughly. The insight of the apps is tracked in the dedicated mobile lab which allows the user to
interact with the clients on basis of the performance. The testing is mainly carried on the usability
and the functional of the apps and its properties.
Responsibilities
• Test the PCH native apps from the apps store and play store.
• Mobile web apps testing is carried on the multiple browsers.
• Performance monitoring is carried out extensively.
• Ensure quality through functionality check.
• Apps lifecycle is maintained and monitored.
• Native apps and the various third party browser compatibility testing is carried on both iOS
& Android platforms.
Project 4: PCH – Analytics, Reporting and Auditing

Query wizard.
• Performs analytics operation with the help of analytics tool eBay’s e-Dialog.
• Performs auditing operation with the help of Mag audit tool (In House Tool) and perform
backup with the help of Backup scheduler (In House Tool).
