2. 1. PROJECT NAME: SYPHONY
CLIENT: APPLE INC.
DURATION: Feb 2013 to April 2014
Currently, IS&T and several other Apple groups use the SR process, built into Espresso,
to create new service requests, update service requests, record activities and manage all
aspects of an individual request for a service. Goal of this project is to build a generic
case management system and to enhance Espresso’s transition to a system supporting
an object based workflow, providing scalability, ease of use, flexibility and agility.
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the requirements by going through the specifications and inputs
from Business Analysts.
2. Involved in API design and to develop the code and document artifacts including unit
test plans.
3. Involved in building Lucene APIs for free text searching and indexing.
4. Perform testing activities (Functional, Integration, System, User experience) based
on the plans and in line with defined processes.
5. Work on ‘Go Live’ activities as per the implementation plan to enable production of
the application without any issues.
2. PROJECT NAME: McKesson
CLIENT: McKesson Corp.
DURATION: May 2014 to July 2014
McKesson is the leading large pharmaceutical distributor in North America and Canada
has a perennial problem of drug shortages leading to lost sales and lower customer
service levels. The challenge for the pharmaceutical company is to predict Generic Drug
shortages in North America using Internal Supply Chain Data (within the McKesson
internal data) and other potential indicators available over the internet.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing SQL scripts to transform the data into usable information for prediction.
3. 2. Developing SQL scripts to predict the probabilities of drug shortages based on the
transformed data.
3. Developed the automation for the above said process and to generate a prediction
report.

the historical data say for the past three years
3. PROJECT NAME: DIGITAL DATA ANALYTICS
CLIENT: American Express
DURATION: August 2014 to December 2014
POC for migrating Omniture Site Catalyst Reports to Big Data and Tableau for a US based
Bank client. The business users generate several Web Analytics Report using Adobe
Omniture Site Catalyst. The POC focuses on implementing a solution where similar
reports can be generated and visualized on Tableau using Big Data technology.
Clickstream data from Client’s portal are captured, processed and loaded in HIVE as
JSON files. This data is further analyzed and processed to generate Metrics and
Aggregate tables corresponding to required reports, which are then visualized in
Tableau.
Responsibilities:
1. Involved in the development of java code to capture the request headers and the
query string obtained from the HTTP request.
2. Processing the request headers and forming a JSON record for each request and
writing it to a LOG file for further processing in HIVE.
4. PROJECT NAME: IRECON PRODUCTISATION
CLIENT: APPLE INC.
DURATION: Feb 2015 till date
The existing different iRecon Platforms (iCasiRecon, GCiRecon, iTunes iRecon) and
databases has to be standardized to a single platform to handle all tenants with only
configuration changes. The existing multi tenants have to be converted into a single
configurable Product and to support onboarding of any future reconciliation tenants on
demand in a generalized Platform.
4. Responsibilities:
1. Effective support to priority request from production and flexibility to take up
additional assignments.
2. Timely resolution of Radars raised and provided support during testing phase.
