3. I have been working in the information system from 1983 and it has been a very
intrinsically rewarding profession. There are many challenges in the industry due to the
dynamic nature of the industry. One of the many things I admire about the profession is
the ability to grow by learning new things. My desire is to learn the act of management
and to be able to effectively manage and run a section of the IT in the county.
