Health Care Analytics (HCA) is a division of Anthem’s Enterprise Business service. Health Care Analytics
(HCA) is the entire process of defining, collecting, storing, evaluating, protecting, validating, analyzing,
and distributing data within an organization. Provide a robust single source of truth data warehouse as the
foundation for reporting and analytics throughout the enterprise which is continually enhanced with
additional value-added data.Have a formal data governance operation in place to ensure consistency and
quality of information.Provide business oversight and requirements to exchange information with both
internal and external constituents, while ensuring appropriate data release controls. Support business
needs by overseeing HEALTH CARE ANALYTICS (HCA)'s report request process and ad hoc reporting
capabilities.
 HCA-MRDM:
Medicare Revenue Datamart: Worked on MRDM (One of the Data Mart of Anthem) which holds only one
subject area and Concentrates on integrating information from a given subject area or set of source
systems.Create a centralized and consolidated data asset that will be the foundation of an enterprise
analytic/reporting engine driven by clinical behavior that will maximize Medicare revenue and reduce
Medicare administrative costs.

2. Independent Testing Team: Worked on Edward Datawarehouse(One of the Data warehouse of Anthem)
which Holds multiple subject areas(Membership,claims),holds very detailed information and works to
integrate all data sources.Anthem’s centralized repository where organization’s data is extracted,
conformed/standardized, cleansed and stored to meet the different reporting and analysis needs of the
company.
