Central Tool Room set up by the Government of India, under Ministry of MSME intend to add the
following personnel:-
01. Sr. Manager (Prod. & Design) One: – (Unreserved), in the Pay Band –3, of Rs.15600-
39100 with grade pay of Rs.7600/- plus allowances. Maximum Age: 45 years.
Relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Internal candidate and 3 years for OBC

02. Asstt. Manager Heat Treatment (One reserved for OBC) – in the pay Band-3, of
Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs.5400/- plus allowances. Maximum Age : 35 years.
Relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Internal candidate and 3 years for OBC.
03. L.D.C. (One reserved for OBC)- in the Pay Band -1, of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of
Rs.1900/- plus allowances. Maximum Age: 30 years. Relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Internal
candidate and 3 years for OBC
04. Technician Grade-III, (One reserved for OBC), in the pay band of Rs.5200-20200 with

SENIOIR MANAGER (PROD. & DESIGN)
Senior Manager (Prod. & Design) (1 Post – UR) in the Pay Band –3, of Rs.15600-
39100 with grade pay of Rs.7600/- plus allowances. Maximum Age:45 years.

EDUCATIONAL QUALFICATIONS :
Essential: Degree in Mechanical/Production Engg. or equivalent from a recognized

EXPERIENCE:
Essential: 8 Years’ experience in Production/Training/Design deptt. of the tool
room/reputed engineering industry of which 5 years in a responsible
Technology/Management position.
Desirable: Practical experience in Tool Production/Tool Design. Experience in use of
computers for Production Planning, MIS, Cost Accounting etc. Experience in
Tool Production using CNC machines, CAD/CAM technology etc.
The above post is on a contract basis for a period of 5 years, which could be extended thereafter
each time for a maximum period of five years till the age of Superannuation.

OR
2 Years training in Central Tool Room, Ludhiana after graduation/one year
training in CTR after Post graduation.
Desirable: Experience in use of Vacuum Heat Treatment Technology of engineering product.
