1. Malir Development Authority (MDA) Autonomous Body of Government of Sindh, Karachi invites application from
suitable candidates (Male/Female) against following vacant posts on regular basis. In exercise of powers conferred
under section-7 of MDA Act 1993-94 & Revival and amending Act-2013 & MDA Regulations under Part-IV section
Initial Appointment (Appointment Promotion & Transfer Regulation) 1996 Revival & Amended in 2015, with the
approval of the Authority (Governing Body) MDA in its 5th Authority Meeting dated: 21-12-2017 and with the
direction of the Government of Sindh for appointment through third party against following vacant posts of BPS-01
to BPS-17 in Malir Development Authority Karachi on the following terms & conditions as laid down in this

4. 1. Only Eligible Candidates fulfilling above criteria for respective
posts will be called for written test / Interview.
2. Age shall be as mentioned against each post on closing date of
application; 15 years age relaxation shall be considered in
accordance with existing Government Policy/guidelines.
3. The applicants who served in Malir Development Authority on
Contract / Adhoc / Work charge contingent basis may also apply
against the above post as per their qualification & experience
along with evidence of their engagement, they shall be preferred
and their age limit shall be considered up to 50 years.
4. Candidates already in Government service should apply through
proper channel/having NOC from respective
departments/organizations otherwise their candidature will not be
accepted.
5. Incomplete Application & those received after due date shall not
be entertained.
6. Deposited Test Fee is Non-refundable & Non-Transferable.
7. Domicile & PRC (Form-D):-
(i) Any District in the Province of Sindh, in any post in the Basic Pay
Scale 16 and 17 anywhere in the Province;
(ii) In the region or district concerned / City / Town (local basis), in
posts of Basic Pay, Scale 1 to 15 in the offices which serve only a
particular Region / District / City / Town;
8. The Candidates applying more than one position need to apply
separately for each position.
9. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
10.Date, Time & Venue of short listed candidates for test shall be
intimated later on through Letter, SMS & STS website.
11.If any documents provided by candidate are found bogus during
the recruitment process and afterwards the appointment will be
treated as cancelled.
12.Only those candidates who shall qualify written test of STS shall be
eligible for interview according to merit basis which does not mean
that he / she has been selected for appointment.
13.Only those candidates who shall qualify written test of STS by
obtaining upto 60 marks and top position will be called to appear
before Departmental Selection Committee for final
Interview/Selection.
14.Candidate should bring original documents along with attested
copies of all relevant documents at the time of interview.
15.The appointment shall be on Two (2) years Probationary period
which may be terminated / extended / confirmed, subject to the
approval of Appointing Authority of MDA.
16. The committee constituted for interview purpose reserves the
rights to accept OR reject the applicant without assigning any
reason thereof.
17.The applicant who possesses experiences more than upper
required experience & Permanent Residents of Karachi will be
given preference.
18.Applicant having University Degree in the above given field
recognized by HEC may apply.
19.Candidates will be selected on merit.
20.MDA will not to be responsible for any law and order or any
untoward situation at the centers during the examination /
tests.
21.MDA will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to
any one during the examination / tests and also will not be
responsible to compensate any one.
22.Mobile Phone or any other communication devices, ladies
purse bags, and books in the test center are not allowed.
Candidates, if found of possessing any of the material
mentioned above in the examination hall during the test shall
be disqualified from appearing in the test.
23.No application shall be receive/entertained in MDA Office
regarding appointment.
Please, Download the Application Form along with the
prescribed Test Fee Deposit Slip from, (www.sts.org.pk).
Pay the Test fee in Sindh Bank Rs. 159 /- in any of the country-
wide online branch of Sindh Bank Ltd or Rs. 159 + 30 Bank
Charges in Meezan Bank Ltd. Attach the paid copy of deposit
slip with the filled-up application form.
Please send the Filled-up Application Form along with Original
Bank Deposit Slip (STS Copy) through Post or any courier service
to Sindh Testing Service-Pakistan.
Application Forms improperly filled-up, in-complete, without
paid copy of deposit slip will be rejected.
Applications submitted by hand will NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
STS is not responsible for the late receipt of applications sent
through post or by any courier service.
Last Date of Submission of Application Form is: Wednesday,
2nd
December, 2020.
Application received after Expiry of the Last Date, will not be
entertained & shall stand ineligible.
Please do not attach original documents only attested
photocopy of educational certificate, CNIC, Domicile and PRC, &
three passport size photographs are required with the
application forms at this stage.
