UAS was established in 2013 and is directed by Vandana Jagga. It liaises with 26 universities in India with a base size over 900 and 80 universities with a base size over 500. UAS aims to establish high professional standards, facilitate continuing professional development programs within and outside India, and offer training and development through projects and internships. The UAS training program focuses on building self-esteem, developing personality, and providing business insights. UAS values personal grooming, etiquette, networking, and a positive work attitude.
