14. Methodology
• We surveyed professionals across a broad array of areas and industries,
including B2B, Consumer Goods, Food Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing,
Packaging, Senior Services and Travel.
• The survey consisted of 14 short questions that were a combination of
multiple choice and short answer.
• We administered the survey through two email blasts. The first email was
sent to 2,353 contacts and the second was sent to 2,000 contacts.
• We also provided the survey link through LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• The survey was posted in 3 LinkedIn Groups: Packaging That Sells, HSMAI
and Pack Expo.
• With most questions surveyors were allowed to give more than one answer.
• We ran the survey for 3 weeks before compiling the results.
