WORK EXPERIENCE
07/2016–Present: Analysis and Inspection Centre for Import Export Products (VIACIMEX).
Position: Analyst, Department of Microbiology.
Key responsibilities:
Perform microbiological tests for detection and enumeration of pathogenic bacteria and
hygienic indicators infoodstuffs such as seafood, vegetables, fruits, agricultural products, etc.
Such microorganisms are Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio cholera, Vibrio
parahaemolyticus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, and Clostridium perfringens.
Prepare culture media (agar, broth, slant, etc.) for microbiological examinations.
Monthly inventory report on the hydrated culture medium and lab consumable stock and
supply.
Monitoring equipment used for microbiological tests such as incubators, biosafety cabinet,
balances, micropipettes, deep freezer, water ultrafiltration system, etc.
Keep records of daily activities such as experiment data, equipment checking data, room
temperature and humidity monitoring, etc…..In compliance with ISO/IEC 17025: 2005.
Handle research in the laboratory to improve available testing methods and develop new
methods.

Determining Protein Molecular Weight with SDS-PAGE.-DNA extraction, plasmid DNA
