This letter serves to provide an overview on services offered by facilitated BIVCO. The Black Investment &
Value Corporation, BIVCO, is an investment consultation company that offers South African and African
development projects the opportunity to realise their vision, through realistic and affordable funding
solutions. BIVCO is NOT a loan agency and we DO NOT facilitate business loans, what the company offers is
access to international and local investors who partner with the entrepreneurs to ensure that their visions
are realised to where they want them to be.
BIVCO facilitates on behalf of the prospective entrepreneur/company funding solutions through proposal
meetings and pitches to the investor. You provide the vision; we ensure it is viable and that it comes to fruition.
As mentioned our pool of investors includes both local and foreign investors with a successful investment
rate of 89% to date. We only consider companies that require a R10 Million – R1 Billion, however depending
on type of project and impact analysis the range between R5 Million to R9 Million is considered. The project
needs to be implementation ready, with feasible costs determined and a production plan in place.
