Re: Stephen Charters
Dear Sir or Madam
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Stephen Charters. Stephen
worked for the service provider at LSBU and I had the pleasure of working closely with
him for over two years; throughout that period I found him to be honest, trustworthy and
totally reliable.
His management role for the service provider, CBRE, exposed him to internal customers
throughout the University and he demonstrated an extreme high level of customer care;
especially when dealing with sensitive issues.
Stephen’s man management qualities ensured we had a motivated maintenance team
who had pride in their work which led to good productivity levels.
His main attribute, however, was his mechanical & electrical technical ability and coupled
with being very methodical he managed the statutory compliance extremely well and this
is now an area to which LSBU are not exposed.
When Stephen left LSBU we were all saddened; however, his time with us has been
exceptionally productive and I would recommend him to any future employer.
