2. A&E performance against the 4 hour
target decreased slightly this month,
and more patients spent longer than
12 hours in A&E. The number of patients
waiting over 8 weeks
for diagnostic services
decreased and the
number waiting over 14
weeks for therapy
services increased.
The percentage of patients waiting less
than 26 weeks from referral to treatment
decreased but the number waiting
longer than 36 weeks decreased.
The average
number of daily
referrals received
decreased over
the month.
The percentage of patients
starting treatment within the
target time on the urgent
cancer pathway decreased.
There was an increase for those
not on the urgent pathway.
Average daily calls
to the ambulance
service were the
same as last
month,

The number of delayed
transfers of care

(62 days), down 2.8
percentage points from
