1.
“Zero
Compromise”
is
a
foundation
geared
towards
the
betterment
and
development
of
minority
girls
14
-‐18
years
of
age.
Through
“Zero
Compromise,”our
board
handpicks
pre-‐teen
and
teen
minority
girls,
who
have
the
passion
and
drive
for
the
entertainment
industry.
The
board,
among
other
criteria,
factors
in
grades
and
natural
ability
into
their
decision.
Our
board
will
target
schools
in
lower
income
areas
of
Metropolitan
cities
across
the
country
to
complete
this
task.
Once
selected
the
girls
are
taught
how
to
hone
in
on
their
craft,
whether
it
be
hosting,
acting,
editing,
writing
(film
or
books),
dancing,
singing
or
producing.
This
is
accomplished
through
the
detailed
skill-‐training
program
conducted
by
our
professional
staff,
and
hard
work
from
the
young
ladies
chosen.
“Zero
Compromise”
targets
young
minority
girls
for
a
few
reasons.
Specifically,
minority
girls
age
13-‐18
have
a
higher
pregnancy
rate
(57%)
and
poverty
rate
than
other
races.
Consequently,
this
leads
to
an
even
higher
school
dropout
rate,
compared
to
the
pregnancy
and
poverty
rate,
for
these
teens.
Although
the
majority
of
these
young
girls
are
more
talented
than
most,
there
are
no
positive
outlets
for
them
to
channel
their
creativity.
The
environment
in
which
they
grow
up
in
such
as
their
home
life,
and
finances
can
be
a
deterrent
to
their
dreams.
These
girls
are
taught
to
believe
their
dreams
can
never
be
achieved
simply
because
of
where
they
come
from,
and
that
isn’t
the
case.
Another
reason
“Zero
Compromise”
has
chosen
to
target
young
minority
girls
pursing
the
entertainment
industry
is
because
of
the
founder
actress
and
celebrity
commentator,
Staci
Harris.
Staci
has
been
quoted
saying,
“One
thing
this
industry
will
tell
you
is
that
you
have
to
compromise
at
some
point,
everyone
does
they
say,
and
there’s
no
2. way
around
it”.
She
encountered
this
quite
often
pursuing
her
dream,
and
along
with
the
Board
of
“Zero
Compromise”
is
endeavoring
to
make
the
pursuit
uncompromising.
One
of
the
goals
of
“Zero
Compromise”
is
for
these
minority
girls
to
be
prepared,
so
they
have
a
greater
chance
of
not
only
making
the
cut,
but
also
actually
booking
the
job
based
on
their
talent
and
not
their
“talents.”
“Zero
Compromise”
will
encourage
all
minority
students
that
come
through
the
program
to
get
at
least
a
3.0
GPA
through
a
series
of
promotional
campaigns
with
the
hope
of
being
apart
of
their
annual
workshop
and
training
camp.
In
these
workshops
and
camps
the
girls
will
learn
and
develop
the
tools
they
will
need
to
have
for
their
specific
field
of
entertainment,
as
well
as
attend
seminars
from
well-‐
known
entertainers
and
industry
executives.
Having
the
top
entertainment
figures
in
a
specific
industry
field
grooming
these
young
ladies
will
allow
these
girls
to
be
more
than
prepared
to
make
the
proper
choice
concerning
the
industry
field
they
want
to
pursue
after
high
school.
They
will
also
have
the
option
to
intern
through
“Zero
Compromise”
with
the
industries
best
suited
for
their
talents.
In
order
to
continue
in
the
program,
these
young
ladies
must
maintain
a
3.0
GPA
upon
graduation
of
High
school,
although
we
will
encourage
all
our
students
to
pursue
a
4
year
university
or
college
as
the
next
step,
it
isn’t
mandatory
to
continue
on
with
our
foundation.
Going
through
this
program
will
allow
them
to
make
life
long
industry
contacts.
All
this
will
be
done
by
the
girls
using
their
nurtured
talents
thru
the
“Zero
Compromise”
program
and
not
their
physical
attributes,
all
while
helping
them
eliminate
a
lot
of
the
pitfalls
that
befall
most
young
girls
pursuing
their
dream
in
the
entertainment
industry.
Teaching
the
girls
to
take
the
path
less
traveled,
not
fall
into
the
compromise
of
our
sexually
driven
society
and
the
entertainment
industry,
to
perfect
their
craft
at
a
young
age
and
let
their
work
get
them
in
the
door
is
our
passion.
This
industry
is
an
appearance
first
business
but
being
prepared
is
the
best
way
to
make
smart
decisions
and
keep
from
compromising
what
you
believe.
“Zero
Compromise!”
Let
your
talent
be
the
ONLY
thing
that
speaks
for
you,
is
our
foundations
motto.
