3. REASON FOR ESTABLISHTMENT
▪ UAE a hub of Sky Scrapers & world class residential & commercial units ever
expanding horizontally & vertically; there is no end to it as yet. Dubai, having one
of the largest Sea Ports (JAFZA) in the world. WODPAP GROUP has identified an
opportunity to establish general maintenance venture to acknowledge the
demand that exists in the market.
▪ Now, Dubai hosting EXPO 2020 event; business activity in every sector has
increased. Hence, new projects are being awarded and existing warehouses &
constructional units are refurbished and restored.
▪ WODPAP has identified a greater market potential and established Property
Maintenance Services Company to tap this huge market.

4. OWNER’S PROFILE
Senior Management position, with in depth 27 years of experience within UAE in construction,
property management and trading with the biggest entities worldwide. WHEREAS
Since 1995 is engaged within JAFZA with different entities. Mr. Rashid has single handedly
managed and supervised several Warehouse, Offices, & building Constructions for several
companies in JAFZA.
He has established & supervised construction, machinery acquisition & installation provisions for
SHUAIBA INDUSTRIAL CO, which is one of the evident paper bag manufacturing plant (covered
area of 20,000 square meters) in JAFZA. Additionally established WODPAP IMPEX FZCO in JAFZA
since March 2011 (part of WODPAP GROUP).
Extensive experience, coupled with my academic & business background, a graduate in law &
business management, having enriched experience in sales, marketing & management in various
industries (Construction, Paper & Wood Trading, Property Management to name a few) .
A good command on English, Hindi, Urdu and Japanese languages, with extensive management
skill, achieving the optimum results with a good proven track records.
