Dynamics CRM is expanding its managed solution to include unlimited users, donors, and donations without pricing tiers, contact limits, or per user pricing. In 2015, Altus Alliance updated Dynamics CRM to be compatible with Microsoft CRM Online, updated forms and menus, and added tribute and memoriam functionality. In 2016, Altus plans to integrate a payment gateway and streamline solutions to simplify updates and implementations.
