2. The Industrial Park has been set up at Mouza / Vill–Anantapur, PO-Anantapur, P.S.
Shyampur, Dist. – Howrah, West Bengal-711301 over 10.17 acres of land.

4. Status of approvals of ‘Cotton Mills Industrial Park’
under SAIP
 ‘Final Approval’ for Phase-I in favour of Cotton Mills Industrial Park
was accorded on 20.04.2022 on 5.09 acres of land.
 Now he has requested for ‘Final Approval’ for developing adjacent
land as Phase-II Industrial Park on 5.06 acres of land.
 A meeting was held on 27.02.2023 at Department to review the status
of Siddheswari Park where it was decided that as the total number of
units will be 5 combining both the plots, the Siddheswari Cotton Mills
Pvt. Ltd will apply for expansion instead of fresh in-principle approval
for the 2nd plot of 5.06 acre.

5. Checklist according to requisite documents for Final Approval

Land to be in possession of the SPV.
The land statement of specifically 10.17 acres have not submitted. A
sketch map showing the plots of 10.17 acres is to be submitted by the
SPV. Maximum plots are converted as ‘KARKHANA’ , but still some are
not converted.
2 DPR Status All components have not been submitted in DPR.
3 PARK Status ‘Siddheswari Cotton Mills’ is operational and some units have started their
productions work.
4 Projected Cost ₹497 Lakh.
This Park has been visited on 07th April 2023 by the PMU Team of WBSIDCL in presence of
representatives of SPV and after inspection it is found that Siddheswari Cotton Mills is operational.
Also, after checking the project profile & submitted Application Form for obtaining “Final Approval”
by the SPV, the following observations are stated below:-

6. Status of Approach Road of Siddheswari Cotton Mills
1. Estimate to the tune of Rs.2.78 Crore has been vetted by the CE, PWD, South
Zone.
2. Tender formalities completed and L1 bidder selected and Work Order yet to
be issued by PWD.
3. AA&FS for approach road has been issued by MSME Department in favour of
PWD.
4. A joint inspection was done on 07.04.23 with the PWD officials and Pre-LOA /
WO form signed. During inspection it was observed that there have many
encroachments (like, high school, canal, houses, shops, primary school etc.)
