This 10 minute oral presentation was given at the 2023 IAMSE Annual Meeting in Cancun, Mexico. The focus is how to use faculty development principles in alternative settings to achieve the goals of development and the needed goals of the individual or group. In this case it was addressing the need to help faculty create pedagogically sound elective experiences.
