software faults;
Replacing parts as required;

Throughout my career, I have been committed to my job. I have been taking up challenges positively
and have always seen them as my road to knowledge and success. To me it is essential to be open to
new challenges and to derive good things out of every situation.
I ensure that in communications with colleagues and costumers, whether in spoken or written form,

I have also taken a leading role in mentoring newly hired support engineers, as I believe that a
positive mentoring experience can have a crucial impact on the development of fresh engineers.
I have gained an overall appreciation of how, through elements such as support, its physical
environment, its approach to the diverse needs of its pupils and the relations it maintains with
