WORK EXPERIIENCE
Dates Since June 2015, the Secretariat of Traffic in Belgrade. Assistant
Secretary for Traffic Safety and Information.
From 12 01 2015 to the present,Engineer for analytics and
development of the traffic market and traffic planning and
monitoring,SP „Lasta“ ad Beograd, Highway Beograd – Niš 4.
From 2013 to 2014 –Director of the organization „Lasta“ Mladenovac
and RJ Aranđelovacwith over 300 employees and 90 vehicles in the
fleet.
From 2009 to 2013 – Director Department ofInformation Systems (IT).
Number of employees 11. Some of the activities of the Service:
- The introduction of ticketing in the "Lasta" Smederevo,
- Setting up barriers at bus stops in Belgrade, Mladenovac, Obrenovac
and Stara Pazova,
- Design for booking project at Lasta,
- Design for ticketing for intercity and international traffic,
- Enhancing organizational learning through assembling a number of
procedures and instructions.
From 2008 to 2009 – Director of the organization „Lasta“
Smederevska Palankawith 160 employees and 35 vehicles. (Within the
business organization was also tire retreading for retreading tires. For the
mentioned period I would mention the following activities.
- With the change of monitoring fuel consumption was reduced by 10%,
which made significant savings,
- In a business organization system was introduced (Ticketing) for sale
at the ticket counters, buses, vehicle tracking (GPS fleet), self-
refueling point (drivers) and contactless smart cards, barriers to
control the entry of passengers on the platforms and monitoring the
operation of the tire.)
From 1998 to2007 - The organization „Lasta“ Smederevo which at that
time had over 400 employees and 70 vehicles. (I worked on the following

2. Engineer preparation and monitoring of the technical maintenance–
(tracking vehicle maintenance, spare parts procurement planning,
monitoring services and planned shutdown vehicle preventive
maintenance, overhaul tracking vehicles ... Corrective maintenance of

From 2000 to 2007 - Director of the organization.During that period I
mentioned some of the activities:
- Built a new car base for vehicle maintenance, warehouse and boiler
room at the gas / liquid fuel,
- Enclosed Bus Station,
- Implemented a program of redundancies, laid off 34 employees and
number of employees decreased below the 400 system.
