11. BIOGRAPHY
Gregorio Fernandez Zaide was born in
Pagsanjan, Laguna on May 25, 1907. He was
known as “Goyo” to the people of his hometown.
In his time, he was the most travelled Filipino
historian, with teaching and research stints. In
particular, Zaide has been criticized for portraying
history in a way that put the Philippines’ colonial
experience under the Spanish and Americans in an
over-simplistically positive light.

12. Stages of Water Cycle
Water cycle is carried into four stages. The
initial stage is the evaporation, where the water
changes to vapour. Then, formation of clouds are
formed from its water vapour which is called
condensation. Next, rain, snow, sleet, or hail falls
on the ground, called precipitation. Finally, when
water vapour falls back to earth as precipitation.

13. Reading
Caesar Z. Lanuza Elementary School has
drastically reported 7% of learners under
frustration level in reading. Thus, to solve this
problem, school head initiates to conduct meeting
among the teachers on how to solve the problem.
One solution given is to strengthen the initial
reading project proposed by the division level.

Headaches can have different causes. One
obvious cause is stress. Another reason for
headaches in some people has to do with diet. The

15. Chinese-English
Chinese differs from English in several ways.
Both these languages are difficult to learn. But, it
has different word order. For example, in English
greeting ‘How are you?’ but in Chinese, it is ‘You
are how.’ Not only this, Chinese does not have
past tense. On the other hand, in English, time is
designated by tense of the verb.
