The Siensor high-tech sensors

measurement of fuel level in
tanks of vehicles, specialty ma-
chinery or fixed-site reservoirs.
The liquid level sensor is connec-
ted to the tracking terminal which
reads the sensor indications and
transform them into required units
of measurement (liters, millimeters,
percentage).

D107
The digital Siensor D107 LLS transmits
measured values over common RS-232
and RS-485 interfaces. The assembly,
based on the use of advanced manufa-
cturing processes, provides outstan-
ding quality of the product. D107 ensu-
res maximum resolution of measure-
ments and enables high accuracy data
transmission. The sensor features high
noise suppression and is equipped
with the galvanic isolation to provide
reliable protection of data link.
AF107
The analog-frequency Siensor AF107
LLS transforms measured values into
an analog or frequency signal with the
possibility of configuring the limits and
properties of output signals in a wide
range. Siensor AF107 is compatible
with any tracking terminals fitted with
voltage or frequency measuring input.
The Siensor liquid level sensors are
produced in two models –
D107 and AF107.

Key Features
of the Siensor
Liquid Level Sensors
Protective sealing
The Siensor liquid level sensors are
equipped with the basic protective seal
to prevent the sensor from tampering.
Damage to the seal integrity allows
you to detect the acts of interfering or
meddling with the sensor. The sensors
are provided with the mechanical seal
which can register events relating to
the connector unplugging. In addition,
the sensors are fitted with the electro-
nic seal detecting damages in any parts
of the cable as well as monitoring the
connector.
Protection against
reprogramming
The Siensor liquid level sensors require
the password to change the settings.
Even if a trespasser has managed to
connect to the sensor, he will fail in his
attempt to change any parameters.
Bayonet mount
The serviceable and ergonomic
bayonet mount with the mechanical
holder provides easy and quick
installation.

The durable housing of the device is
made of corrosion-resistant alumini-
um. Comprehensive quality monitoring
of the Siensor sensors is carried out at

Full galvanic isolation
Dielectric strength of galvanic isolation
enables heavy vehicles and specialty
machinery to be fitted with the sensors.
Protection against overvoltage
and unstable power
The Siensor liquid level sensors are
provided with protection against over-
voltage and unstable onboard power.
This is particularly relevant to the sen-
sors installed in worn-out vehicles.
Siensor AF107 is also equipped with
the protection of output signal against
short circuit to ground.

measuring probe up to 80%.
Compatibility
with any liquid types
The Siensor liquid level sensors are
suitable for use with gasoline, oil,
diesel oil any other liquid fuels which
maintain their state of matter in the
operating temperature range.
Heavy-duty mode
This mode enables additional filtering
of measurement outputs and takes
into account harsh operating conditi-
ons of the LLS (impacts when driving
on bumpy roads, excessive fuel slo-
shing, wave in a tank, etc.).
Flexible configuration
of data indication
The Siensor sensors support producing
data both in automatic mode and on
request. In addition, the D107 model
can measure fuel temperature.
Complete packaging
The delivery package of the Siensor
liquid level sensors contains all requi-
red accessories for installation and
connection (connecting cable, moun-
ting plate, rubber gaskets, screws,
seals).

In addition to the fuel sensors, the
specialists of Siensor have developed
the Siensor UNIC device. The Siensor
UNIC versatile configuration tool is
a special device that is connected to
a personal computer and enables
configuration of fuel level sensors.
When configuring liquid level sensors
via Siensor UNIC, there is no need
to supply extra power to them. It is
sufficient to plug the sensor into the
configuration tool, and the configura-
tion tool - into a computer USB port.
Siensor UNIC can be connec-ted to a
liquid level sensor both via RS-232 and
RS-485 interfaces.
The Siensor UNIC housing is made of
a robust plastic. Two LEDs allow you
to monitor the device operation. The
configurator comes with the Siensor
Monitor application providing quick
configuration of the Siensor liquid
level sensors. If you need to configure
sensors from other manufacturer, you
can use similar software.
