Pixlr is an online photo editing site that allows users to edit photos downloaded from their computer or the web. It has tools for cropping, filtering, and touching up photos, as well as brushes and templates. The author found Pixlr easy to use and similar to Photoshop. They may use Pixlr personally for simple edits or professionally for work. Pixlr is compatible with common image file types and the author aims to be creative with photo editing.

2. Pixlr
The photo/multimedia tool that I chose to talk about it is called Pixlr.

What Pixlr does is that it is an online photo editing site that lets you edit photos that
you have downloaded or what you have saved on your computer. The site is compatible
with different image sizes like JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc. I chose this tool because there are
images of mine that I feel could be edited if I’m not satisfied with how they are, so it’s
important to try to do some touching up on certain photos.

3. Usage of Pixlr
After using the tool, I found out that it is somewhat easy to use. Pixlr kind of
reminds me of photoshop there are a lot of similarities to it like there’s a crop tool
a filter tool, and a touch-up tool. As I see how other people use this tool, it would
appear that some use the different brushes, the AI background remover that it
has, as well as available templates that are included with it.

4. How I use it
I might use this tool for just simple photo editing stuff, so I’d probably just
use it personally. If I do use it professionally, it would probably be for editing
pictures for a company or something like that. I want this tool to say that I
like to be creative at times, and can use my imagination for editing photos.

5. Other stuff
I can protect my privacy on Pixlr by not sharing any personal photos,
like the ones with my face, or ones that any family members in them.
One thing I’ve learned about this tool is that there are different app
versions of it, one for classic photo editing, one for modern photo
editing, and one for removing backgrounds.
