He was born in Queensland, Australia in 1971.
After turning 16 he began hacking under the name Mendax. He and two other
hackers joined to form a group which they named as International Subversives.
He published a patent granted to the National Security Agency in August 1999,
for voice-data harvesting technology and highlighted the systematic abuse of
technology by governments against fundamental freedoms of world citizens.
He came to international attention in 2010, when WikiLeaks, the company he
founded, published a series of leaks provided by Chelsea Manning.

X was expelled from University of Colorado Boulder in his first year for sending
prank messages on the university's computer system. During this time, as a
self-taught project, he designed and built a "Cream Soda" computer with his friend
Bill Fernandez.
His Father was an Engineer at Lockheed martin.
In an interview with ABC News X had said - "We first met in 1971 during my
college years, while he was in high school. A friend said, 'you should meet Y
because he likes electronics, and he also plays pranks.” So he introduced us.
In 1976, X developed the computer that eventually made him famous. He and Y
decided on the name “Z" shortly after Y returned from a orchard in Oregon.

by media around the globe and has participated in many high-profile interviews.
On November 21, 2017 She was named the United Nations Development
Programme’s first ever Innovation Champion for Asia and the Pacific.
She is able to display more than 50 facial expressions and is conceptually similar
to the computer program ELIZA.
On October 25, she was granted citizenship of Saudi Arabia.
15. Recently, in order to promote it’s new website building product
called “GoCentral”, GoDaddy partnered with The Onion’s in-
house ad agency Onion Labs, to produce an ad campaign
starring “X”.
