Shubham Sharma presented on an advanced employee payroll system built for the computer science department. The objectives of the project were to automate and organize payroll management, eliminate manual work, and reduce errors. Key features included creating, deleting, and saving employee records, calculating salaries and allowances, and generating pay slips. The system was built using Java, Netbeans, Oracle database, and runs on Windows. Future enhancements could include a web-based version for online employee management and additional social media integration.

 Employee payroll System is a stand-alone application.
 The term 'payroll' encompasses every employee of a company
who receives a regular wage or other compensation.
 The volume of work and complexity are increasing year by year.
This system reduces complexity and workload.
After a payroll accountant multiplies an employee's hours by
his or her pay rate, the gross income amount is entered into
a calculator or computer program. Regular deductions such
as tax withholdings.
