This document outlines the steps to create an encryption bot using Telegram. It includes:
1. Coding for encryption and decryption of messages using a key.
2. Creating a Telegram bot named "TestBot" using BotFather that can encrypt messages into hexadecimal format and decrypt encrypted messages back to original text.
3. Using a Read-Eval-Print Loop (REPL) and UptimeRobot to keep the encryption/decryption code running continuously so the Telegram bot functions properly. The bot helps users encrypt and decrypt messages on demand through simple commands.

1. Step 1. Code for encryption of a message using a key.
Step 2. Code for decryption of a message using a key.
2. ● A Read-Eval-Print Loop, or REPL, is a computer environment where user inputs are read and evaluated, and
then the results are returned to the user. REPLs provide an interactive environment to explore tools available
in specific environments or programming languages.
Step 3. Creating a telegram bot and Repl.
● Telegram bot is created using BotFather
3. ⮚ These are the commands used to handle the bot.
⮚ REPL keeps the code to run continuously for five minutes... After that we use UptimeRobot to ping the REPL. Then again
repl stats running.
⮚ UptimeRobot is a free software used to ping the repl. It pings the repl at every 1min interval. So that code runs infinitely.
Telegram bot named as “TestBot”
● When we search for the TestBot, we can see the bot as shown in the left picture.
● After we start the bot, it sends us some information about what it can do.
● If we ask for /help, it helps us to know how to use the bot.
● Then if we send any text, it encryptes and send the encrypted text.
4. ● Then if we forward the same encrypted message to the bot, it decrypts the message and sends
the original message.
● Encrypted message will be in hexadecimal format.
● We should periodically change the key and seed values to avoid any hacking of the system.
