Hello,
I am emailing to let you know that you have a very valuable, exceptional employee named Shari Larson. I
live in Yorkville and a few weeks ago went in to the AT&T store to browse new iphones for my son. I also
was interested in possibly upgrading to UVerse for TV, home phone and internet since it finally became
available in our area.
Needless to say, she made my experience with all of this seamless and very easy to understand.
Sometimes the process of switching services,understanding the packages etc can be daunting but Shari
made it sooo easy and I feel she got me the best package she could. My son got an iphone, she put the
protective screen on for us and really just went out of her way to make my experience a great one! I know
she left Yorkville to manage another store and it is definitely Yorkville's loss, but another stores gain. I
can't say enough how impressed I was with her. We now have our Uverse installed and are happy so far.
I specifically asked for your email so that I could make sure and personally let you know what an asset
she is to AT&T.
