I'm a speaker, trainer, and writer specializing in tourism, travel, and social media. As the co-founder of Tourism Currents, I work with our team to teach tourism, hospitality, and economic development professionals how to make sense of social media for their destination marketing. A certified Navy Master Training Specialist, I serve on the Advisory Board for the SXSWi (South by Southwest Interactive) tech conference, co-founded and still write for the award-winning Perceptive Travel Blog, and I'm part of the team that runs #tourismchat on Twitter and Facebook.
