My name is BonnieFletcher and I have been an Adjunct Professor in The School of Education and Behavioral
Studies atPalmBeach Atlantic University (West PalmBeach, FL.) for over 15 years. I have known Ms. Sharon
DeVary for the lastthree years.
The School of Education justrecently began to offer my “Reading PracticumCourse”as an onlinecourse. I met Ms.
DeVary through my participation in teaching this onlinecourse.
I was paired with Ms. DeVary, an onlinedepartment staff member, Sharon became my amazingcoursedeveloper.
We soon developed an excellent onlinecourse. I outlined the coursecontent that I wanted to present and Ms.
DeVary developed the course. She did all of the following:
1. General coursedesign
2. Preparation of extra challengingPowerPoints
3. Preparations for “voiceovers” for PPTs presentations
4. Imbedding videos that I created with another staff member
5. Creation of graphs used in textbook manuscripts
Ms. DeVary also improved the visual organization and appearanceof the course.
