SUB:- Discourteous behaviour of your officers
I want to inform you that I have not get proper reply or response from
your officers at the time of inquiry about opening an account. In last
fifteen days I have visited your branch five times for opening my bank
savings account with your bank, but all the times I am not able to open
account due to discourteous behaviour of your officers. I have written this
application for complaining about this matter related to your officer’s
behaviour. And I want to open account in your bank as I feel that your
services are the best one. But from this experience, if I am not given
proper response, I have to go in other banks for opening the account.
So by getting this information about behaviour of your officers towards
customers, we expecting from you to take necessary steps to stop this and
it will be beneficial for retaining your customers by controlling on
officers behaviour. So I hope that you will solve the problem as soon as
possible.
