Shaikh Hameed has been a ProMatch member since June 7, 2016. ProMatch is a joint
effort of the California Employment Development Department and the NOVA Job Center,
in Sunnyvale, California. ProMatch is a job search organization serving unemployed
professionals in the Silicon Valley with a membership of about 120 to 200 job seekers,
depending on the economy, reflecting the varied and diverse backgrounds of Silicon
Valley.
Each participant in ProMatch joins a team to help run the program. Shaikh is a member
of the Member’s Services Team which provides administrative support to the ProMatch
program. Shaikh has been conscientious in providing administrative services to the
members and staff. Shaikh has demonstrated enthusiasm, attention to detail, ability to
work well with others, and innovation in his responsibilities on the Members’ Services
Team.
